Where do you enter the promo code?

I. Add any desired products to your bag at boohoo and click on the black "CHECKOUT" button.

II. Once you have logged in (or continued as a guest) and selected your delivery method, scroll down on the "BILLING & PAYMENT" screen to find the Promotion Code input box.

boohoo delivery

There are several UK delivery options for boohoo. You can use the Click & Collect service (by Evri, Inpost, or Asda) or have your order delivered to your doorstep:

• UK Standard Delivery (usually within 4 working days) - £3.99 (Free with boohoo Premier)
• UK Express Delivery (within 3 working days) - £4.99 (Free with boohoo Premier)
• UK Next Day Delivery (order by midnight, 7 days a week) - £5.99 (Free with boohoo Premier)
• InPost Locker (usually within 3 working days) - £2.99
• Evri Parcel Shop (usually within 4 working days) - £3.99
• Northern Ireland Standard Delivery (usually within 5 working days) - £4.99 (Free with boohoo Premier)

Some bulky items have an extra £4.99 delivery charge. Delivery information.

boohoo Premier

boohoo Premier costs £9.99 a year and gives you free delivery across all delivery methods for 12 months. Next day delivery is free on orders of £20 or more (smaller orders get free standard delivery), and you also get one free return per order. Three standard deliveries already cost £11.97, so Premier pays for itself if you order from boohoo three times a year.

Premier doesn't renew automatically – boohoo emails you a reminder before it runs out. If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days.

boohoo returns

You have 21 days from the day you receive your order to send items back. Returns cost £1.99 per parcel, which is taken off your refund (Premier members get one free return per order). Once boohoo receives your parcel, the refund takes up to 14 days to process, plus up to 5 days for your bank to show it. Returns information.

Tip: choose a boohoo gift card instead of a refund and you get 20% extra on your refund value. The gift card is valid for 90 days. This option isn't available for faulty items or for orders paid with a gift card.
