NHS discount

NHS workers can enjoy these savings on top of any current offers:

• £100 OFF - Save an extra £100 per booking, in addition to any other package holiday discounts. Min spend: £1200. Spending under £1200? You'll still get an extra £30 off your booking. The discount is automatically applied across the TUI Holidays for Heroes site. All bookings must be made using a valid NHS email.
• An extra £30 OFF with discount code NHS30, via Health Service Discounts (membership required). Valid on overseas beach, lakes & mountains package holidays when you spend £800 or more, departing between 1st May 2026 and 31st October 2027. Does TUI offer a student discount?

Yes! Through Student Beans, verified students can use a TUI student discount code at checkout to get £50 off per booking (with a minimum £500 spend).

• Package holidays booked on the TUI website only – not accommodation-only, flight-only, Marella, TUI River Cruise or Crystal bookings.
• Valid on departures up to 31st October 2027.
• At least 1 adult (18+) per booking, and the £500 minimum is worked out before extras like insurance, seat selection and room upgrades.

TUI Smiles Rewards Club is TUI's new reward programme. It's free to join and instead of points you collect Smiles.

Join now and you get 200 Welcome Smiles straight away, which puts you in Level 1 of 3:

• Level 1 – where everyone starts
• Level 2 – 2,000 Smiles. Richer, more personalised deals and offers, priority live chat, and a second game called Pack Your Bags.

Where do you enter the discount code?

1. Once you've chosen your holiday on the official TUI.co.uk website, continue to the booking process by clicking the yellow "Continue" or "Book now" button.

2. Depending on your booking, you will find the "discount code" field box on:

• Summary page - when booking a package holiday - pictured below
• Booking page/Passengers details page - when booking a flight
• Passengers details page - when booking a cruise

3. Click on the blue APPLY button to see if the voucher code has been accepted. You may see the following error message "The discount code you entered is not valid", even if you've submitted a valid code. This is because you can't use a flight voucher code for cruises or package holidays, and vice versa. Always check the full T&Cs of a promotion.

Note: You are limited to one discount code per booking.
