How do I check the validity of a discount code?

Most ASOS discount codes have country exclusions. This means that the codes are valid on orders delivered to specific locations/countries.

To find out if your delivery address is eligible for the promotion, select your country at the checkout and try to apply the code:

1. First, add an item into your shopping bag on the ASOS website and click on the green Checkout button.

2. Next, log into your ASOS account (or create a new one) and find the “Promo/student code or vouchers” tab on the checkout page.

I don’t like the actual colour of my purchased item. Can ASOS send me a new item in a different colour?

No, but you can return your item within 28 days and receive refund. After this time period (up to 45 days), you will receive an ASOS gift voucher for the amount you spent. Submit your return through your ASOS account. Simply log into your account and select the item or items you want to return. Wait for an email from ASOS including your return label and form.
